++Good Games Podcast/Video Games and Pizza
Friday, August 27th, 2010Where I work at there is customer that comes in at least once or twice a week and orders pizza. I usually get to talk to for few minutes and one of the last times he was in, we were talking about the jobs he had and he told me that does podcast, so I ask for the address so could listen to it. I was not sure what it was about. I listen to about half of the most current one and notice it was about games, so I when back to listen to the very first one that was in the RSS and it gave me little background on the people that are in the podcast. Everyone that is part of this podcast were in some way employed by Game Crazy either at Hollywood Video or before it was bought by Hollywood Video. They talk about about all different Console Systems and games they have played or going to play for them. It was interesting in the first podcast I was listening to they were talking about Play Station and Play Station 2 and the podcast was in June 05, 2010, but I thought there was Play Station 3 out already, but I might be wrong. I have not listen to them all, but I wonder if they have reviews on PC games, too and not just Console Games. Just a side note, my wife use have Alienware PC, too until she broke it and she only had for 8 months, just mention it because I heard that couple of the people on the podcast have Alienware PCs.
Castlevania is one the best games for Nintendo systems back in 1980′s. I still remember playing that game, when i was 13 or 14 years old. I played the first 3 or 4 Castlevania’s for the NES and the one for the SNES. I think i still have an arcade version that I use with MAME emulator that play from time to time. I am more of a Old School Arcade and computer games person. I had few console systems but notice the graphics were a lot better on PC then on console systems. Probably the best system I had was the TurboGrafx-16 systems, It did catch on like the other system even though it was lot better system and one thing it did way before other game console system was it had CD-ROM games, which I think at that time no-one had that type of system. The other system that was very good and cost a lot of money was the NEO-GEO system. That console system was just as good as the game in the arcade machines that was produced by SNK. I also played Super Mario World and beat it 3 time(I think it was all the save game spot it had) and got all the special Star Worlds, too. I just remember, I have one of those Virtual Boy, too, I think I bought for about $30.00 or so, when they stop making them. Played some for while and you did get bad head aches from playing it.
I think this is worth checking out, if you like video games and hear some reviews on new games coming out.

Oregon Zoo
Monday, August 23rd, 2010I when to the Oregon Zoo with a co-worker and his daughter on Monday. It has been about 4 years since i been there, so I though would be fun to go and see the animals there. One of the most interesting things I seen there was a Star Fish, it was so big. The other interesting thing was that we went over by where the Snakes were and there was support be Python in the exhibit but was not there, so I took a picture of some thermal image of me and the other people that was there. Supposedly, the python snake uses thermal heat to track it pray and they had thermal imaging censor there to emulate what the python would see as it was looking at you.
Paper and Box Burning Again
Saturday, July 10th, 2010This was a few weeks later, I had some more stuff to burn, so I decided to do after I got off work one day it was almost night time when I started and it was very windy, so it made for very cool picture of the flames and there are few videos, too. You can hear the sheep in the back ground off the videos. After it was all done burning the stuff was so hot that it was almost white i color, which look very cool looking.

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010I was burning some old bills and papers I had at home, so I thought it look cool by the way the flames consuming the stuff so I took a few pictures of it happening.
Bellagios Pizza Parking Lot Drama
Sunday, June 6th, 2010I was getting off work tonight and there was crash outside in the parking lot. The person went halfway though the parking lot and taking out two trees before stopping. The guy in the vehicle was going about 45 mph or faster to take out those trees. The manager should be glad he was not working because where that guy went though, he normally parks his car and it would have totalled the his car. After the EMS removed him from the vehicle, I notice the driver only had broken finger, but he was still taken the hospital. I was talking to one person there and she said that her daughter went to the hospital emergency room because she was in shock because the guy almost hit her and she was not happy. She wanted to hurt him for scaring her daughter like that, but he was already going to the hospital and she seem happy because of that. Some people ask me if he was on drugs or drinking, I said, “I really do not know and he look fine to me.”

Doctors Visit!
Wednesday, January 6th, 2010I went to the doctors today to see if had the H1N1 Virus, which I did not think I had, so she said I have Upper Respiratory Infection, so she gave me prescription for Pseudoephedr. The common side effects of the medication: Difficulty urinating; dizziness; headache; nausea; nervousness; restlessness; sleeplessness; stomach irritation. From the common side effect that make someone think twice about taking the medication, you would rather live with the problem then have more issue because of something you take to make yourself better!
I do not think I can be worst off because I have problems sleeping already, but I do not have any of the issue in the list.
A Manager I am NOT!
Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009I was talking with my manager today and I found out that I am very bad manager. I have never been in real position where I was manager. The last job I work at, the district manager never made me a real assist manager because he never thought I could do that job. I only had the title to get paid more money. As I think about it, I really think he is right about it. I do not think I can handle the stress of the people, but I use to be network administrator and that job is more stressful then this one, but why can not handle it? What I believe is “I am a babysitter”, what I need to do, is to have better control of the people that are around me. I think, I give them to much latitude in what they do and I need to stop doing that. I need to nice to them, but still be control of what is going on and that I am not to what I think. What I need to do is learn how not to micromanage people, I have been told I do that. I have to have better respect for people. When I say things, I have do it more polite way.
Frozen Fountain Outside Panda Express, Sherwood, Oregon
Thursday, December 10th, 2009I drive by a Panda Express everyday on the way to work and this week it was very cold (between 18-32 degrees) outside for weather that is in Oregon. The Panda Express has water fountain outside of it that constantly working. Here is few pictures I took of it. If you look at couple of the pictures you can see the water still running under the ice.
